Want to live a richer, more interesting life?ScLoHo's Really

Step out of your usual circles of like minded folks and talk with those with opposing views.

But….

Instead of starting with the areas of disagreement,

Start by finding the areas in life that you have in common.

By finding and developing those common threads, you build relationships.

When you build relationships, you build community.

When you build community, you create an environment where ideas can be shared.

Once those ideas are shared, instead of disagreeing, ask why.

Once you understand why someone feels, believes, or thinks, you also need to ask yourself the same questions about your “truths”.

This is how we solve problems, encourage innovation, explore opportunities and grow as individuals and as a group.
