Over the weekend I noticed that a website I needed to access was down.
Or maybe it was a problem with my internet connection.
This can be a source of frustration that involves checking routers, restarting computers, redoing this or that and perhaps wasting a bunch of time.
Before you go through all the motions, do this first:
